Certificates of Deposit (CDs)

Certificates are a good way to save and earn money over time- between 6 to 60 months-  you can receive a higher dividend rate than with a traditional online savings account and are insured up to at least $250,00 by NCUA. The minimum deposit amount can range from $25 to $500. When your certificate matures, it can be cashed in or automatically renewed based on your investment goals.

Enroll in a SaveUp account and when you make everyday purchases with your CRFCU debit card or check, we’ll:

  • Round up your purchase to the nearest dollar amount

Money Market Accounts

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) Certificates

IRA Certificates are deposits that are similar to bank CDs. These accounts require you to keep your money invested for a set period of time, called the term. In return, you’ll receive a higher rate of interest than in a regular IRA savings account.
